Exchange & Return Policy

Exchange Policy:

Without prejudice to the provisions of the warranty and applicable regulations, the consumer has the right to exchange the product within five (5) days from the date of receipt. Exchanges are not permitted after this period.

To be eligible for an exchange, the product must be in its original condition and must not have been used or benefited from. The store reserves the right to inspect the product before exchanging it to ensure its condition. Shipping costs for the exchange are borne by the consumer. For international exchanges, the consumer is responsible for all shipping costs and delivery to the shipping company.

In case of a manufacturing defect, the consumer must contact us with photos showing the defect. The defective product will be replaced in accordance with the warranty.

Exchanges are not permitted in the following cases:

Products made according to the consumer’s request or specific specifications, except if the product is defective or does not match the agreed specifications.

Defects resulting from the consumer’s misuse or mishandling.

Return Policy:

The product must be in its original condition and must not have been used or benefited from. The store reserves the right to inspect the product before accepting the return to ensure its condition.

The consumer bears the cost of the return shipment. For international returns, the consumer is responsible for all shipping costs and delivery to the shipping company.

Manufacturing Defect Warranty:

All our products come with a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects.

If a manufacturing defect occurs, please contact us with photos clearly showing the defect. The product will be replaced under warranty.
